Rehab First Inc. is currently looking for an administrative professional to join our London team. Rehab First Inc. is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation treatment and assessment provider that operates throughout Southern Ontario. We specialize in complex case management, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech-language pathology, social work counselling, rehabilitation therapy and life care planning for those who have been injured in motor-vehicle collisions, suffered injury on the job or who have disabling health conditions. Responsibilities:
- Formatting, printing and mailing formal reports to insurance companies and lawyers
- Submitting invoices to insurance companies
- Corresponding with insurance adjusters, law clerks and lawyers
- Receiving and completing incoming referrals as needed
- Photocopying, faxing and filing
- Ensuring all administrative work and documentation is complete according to company standards
- Developing and maintaining thorough knowledge of insurance legislations and policies and procedures including auto legislation, life and disability policies and the workplace safety and insurance act
- Other office duties may be assigned from time to time
- Office Administration or Law Clerk college diploma, or a relevant area of study
- Previous legal office experience or experience with the auto insurance industry
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel spreadsheets
- Superior interpersonal relations, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Strong computer, written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
