Our client, a municipal owned corporation is looking for an Administrative Assistant with experience in benefits and pension processing to join its London, ON team. You will have the opportunity to grow professionally as provide vital administrative support to management and assist clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Administer Health Care pension and Employee Pension Plan
  • HR processing
  • Liaise with Payroll Provider
  • Additional duties as required
  • Form submissions
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 2 years of benefits and pension administration experience
  • Advanced computer skills, including MS Excel and the ability to learn new software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High levels of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to problem solve and take initiative
  • Able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
 
ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND INFORMATION:
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Criminal background check is required
  • Critical thinker
