Job Description
On behalf of our client, Drake International is currently hiring a experienced Receptionist for a large accounting firm in London. If you’re a strong communicator that loves being supportive, providing excellent customer service and keeping things organized, we want your help. This position is temporary to permanent for the right individual.
Join a close-knit team as a Receptionist where your innate talent to boost morale will be rewarded, and you’ll have access to the inner workings of a business on the move.
Wage: $21.50/hour
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm
What you do
- Warmly greet clients both in person and on the phone
- Send and receive emails and faxes
- Coordinates and schedules meetings and boardrooms
- Prepare courier paperwork
- Provides support for other team members when necessary
- Scan & Archive documents
Who you are
- Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position
- You have a bright and positive personality
- You are customer service driven and aim to please
- You care about the details, because you know that the little things matter
- You’re fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You are fully vaccinated against covid-19
- You can pass a criminal record check
