Autodata Solutions is currently looking for a Program Manager in our London, ON office.

Position Overview

The Program Manager is responsible for working with our delivery leaders and project teams to manage a defined program and engage in day to day project management.  The Program Manager is the point of contact for all defined program deliverables and effectively oversees multiple projects and work streams to ensure project delivery is on time and within budget, while exceeding client expectations.

Core Duties and Responsibilities   
•    Provide effective leadership to the team
•    Maintain a clear vision of big picture when the parameters of projects change
•    Partner with Delivery Partner to manage project and program level financials
•    Work closely with the internal delivery team to ensure alignment in all communications, risks, issues and dependencies
•    Ensure project estimates, schedule and terms of SOW are adhered to
•    Communicate relevant program level information to stakeholders
•    Resolve issues in a timely and professional fashion manner                   
•    Partner with Delivery Partner to define project scope and goals for specific initiatives 
•    Pro-actively manage the project lifecycle to ensure that deliverables are accomplished on-time and within budget
•    Manage scope requests, schedule updates and budget items for defined work stream
•    Partner with internal delivery team to manage internal resources, client teams, vendors, third-party providers, etc.
•    Monitor project processes for time and resource efficiencies and identify process improvement opportunities

Education, Skills and Experience
•    Computer Science Degree or related technical degree
•    PMP designation and software development background
•    Sound understanding of project management principles and practices
•    5 - 10 years of relative Director experience
•    Proven ability in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
