• Positions may become permanent after 6 months/480 hours providing applicants meet probationary requirements

HOURS: STRAIGHT SHIFTS

• Day Shift: 6:45am-3:00pm Monday-Friday
• Afternoon Shift: 2:45pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday
• Midnights: 10:45pm-7:00am Sunday-Friday

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working in production; setting up and operating welding/assembly machinery
• Checking products for quality, correct dimensions and other specifications
• Meeting daily and hourly production quotas
• Documenting all production records (computerized)
• Maintaining a clean working environment

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous manufacturing experience is an asset but not necessary
• Must have good hand-eye coordination and math skills
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, & have good attention to detail
• Must be able to complete repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work in noisy/dusty environments
• Must be able to supply own CSA approved safety boots and glasses
• Must have reliable transportation
