Our client, a manufacturing company in the London/St. Thomas area, is looking to add an experienced Plant Manager to their management team. Qualifed applicants would ideally have:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior managment role within an automotive manaufacturing environment
- Post secondary education
- Strong knowledge and experience of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Ability to travel (other plants and corporate in the US)
- Strong communications skills
- Previous Profit/Loss responsibilities
- Salary negotiable
