Job Description
The London Convention Centre (LCC) is seeking a full-time Facility Services Supervisor. This position will support the LCC’s vision and mission by providing guests and associates with a safe, comfortable and efficiently functioning building. The Full-time Facility Services Supervisor will oversee the daily operation of the physical plant, which includes maintenance of all building systems and structures, mechanical HVAC (heating, cooling), electrical, plumbing as well as sprinkler, fire alarms, security systems, and building control systems of the LCC to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
The successful candidate must be a community college graduate and/or skilled tradesperson. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a facility team member and 3 years supervisory experience. Strong communication skills and a strong customer focus is also required. Tech savvy and computer skills will be a huge asset as well as knowledge of Metysis.
