Job Description

Be a key player in this small but industry-leading design and production engineering company by leveraging all your skills as an office manager.  Your accounting, information technology, and administrative experience will set a firm foundation, but you will be needed for so much more including a trusted opinion, HR resource, buyer, and diplomatic representative of the company to external stakeholders. 

This role will call upon every skill in your kit.  In a relaxed environment that is rarely the same day-to-day, you will be at your best when you pitch-in where and when you are needed.   Not only do you need to wear many hats, but you’ll need the skills to change from one to the other quickly and efficiently.

You will be joining a close-knit, integrated team of seven who need that keystone person who helps to support the whole team and plays a vital part in ensuring things happen right and on time.  You will be in charge of your own day with the flexibility and authority to get things done.
