We are currently recruiting a Fusion Support Guru. This position is for someone who values building and maintaining relationships with our clients through problem solving and great customer support.
You’re savvy with computers and technology, enjoy working with others and most of all, you love figuring things out and getting the job done.
InnoSoft is a software company that has developed Fusion - an application that makes it easy to manage recreation facilities and its members. Our platform integrates hardware and software and provides applications for desktop and mobile users. We manage recreation departments for some of the biggest and best universities in Canada and the United States - ASU, UCLA, Notre Dame, Florida, Western and Waterloo to name a few.
You will be working with these clients and many more, helping them set up courses, manage memberships, troubleshoot hardware and any other software support that they may need.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with a team and solving problems independently. Most of our work is done in our new downtown London office space, through screen sharing, net meetings and regular chats with our customers. As a growing start-up, this is the position to start in. We're looking for someone with the right attitude that is eager to learn. We want you to get to know the business, build great relationships with our customers and recognize the flexibility and opportunity for future growth.
