Job Description
Job Duties
- Responsible for maintenance and backup of the Company data and internal servers
- Support of legacy desktops, laptops and servers.
- Evaluate new hardware and software to meet company requirements.
- Maintain inventory of internal licenses and track compliance recommendations in areas of expertise.
- Design and generate reports as requested by office staff and supervisor.
- Provide technical advice and assistance to office staff as needed.
- College diploma or university degree.
- Experience in support of Microsoft products.
- Must have a strong familiarity with PC hardware, software and peripherals in a Windows NT environment.
- MS Certification is a MUST.
