This temproary 8-10 week contract starting ASAP.
Working in the Sales Support department, our Customer Service Representatives perform a variety of tasks associated with servicing Tribe’s hospital customer base. These duties include answering the phone, taking customer orders, entering orders into Tribe’s inventory management system, coordinating with outside sales representatives and ensuring orders are clearly communicated to other departments within operations.

These duties include answering the phone, taking customer orders, entering orders into Tribe’s inventory management system, coordinating with outside sales representatives and ensuring orders are clearly communicated to other departments within operations.
Your primary duties will include:
- Act as the first point of contact with Tribe by answering the phone in a courteous and friendly manner. When necessary ensure that messages are communicated clearly and appropriately to fellow staff;
- Take orders from customers and sales representatives via telephone, fax and email.
- Enter orders into the ERP system (SAP) ensuring accuracy each time;
- Arrange for customer returns and credits;
- Contribute to a positive client experience by understanding and meeting client needs quickly, professionally and accurately.
- Previous experience in customer service environment.
- Demonstrated advanced technical skills, especially within MS Excel.
- Strong proficient and accuracy in data entry.
- Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic team environment.
- A professional telephone demeanour, with demonstrated customer service expertise. The ability to show your smile over the phone to our customers is a job requirement.
- Ability to work well under pressure and perform during peak times throughout the week.
