Job Description:
- Multi-Residential maintenance including some specialized work
- Some plumbing and electrical work involved
- Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electrical systems
- Overall building and grounds maintenance and repair functions
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to deal with conflict resolution
- Working at Heights Training Certificate
- Ability to read/write and understand the English language
- First Aid Training
- Other certifications in maintenance related areas an asset
- Based on experience
- 24-32 hours per week
