ASSISTANT, BUSINESS SERVICES (FULL TIME, PERMANENT)

Level:                              C
Location:                        Education Centre, London
Hours of Work:              8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Rate of Pay:                   $20.62 - $24.98 per hour
Duties to Commence:   2022 October 17

Job Summary: The Assistant, Business Services provides a range of financial support services including, but not limited to: processing of accounts payable, the collection and processing of deposits, the maintenance of accounts receivable, generating invoices, the review and processing of corporate purchasing cards, the processing of board journal and budget entries, and maintenance of the board’s vendor database. A high level of customer service is required in interactions with clients, suppliers, schools, and all Board departments.

Qualifications: An Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), successful completion of a one (1) year post-secondary program in accounting/business or equivalent, the ability to use Word, Excel and one (1) year related experience is required.
