Talentcor London is recruiting a Product Information Specialist for our client, a London based multi-national organization considered a leader in the manufacturing sector. This position is a 6 month contract with the opportunity for extension.

Job Description/Specifics:
- Collaborate regularly with business stake holders, marketing and sales teams, e-commerce teams, Data Pool Partners, and other cross functional stake holders, to raise awareness and understanding of channel syndication processes and identify opportunities
- Aggregate and publish product information from internal systems (i.e. images, product content, specifications, etc.) based on customer requests/requirements
- Identify gaps in product information and processes and subsequently coordinate and execute activities to address these issues with other stake holders across the organization
- Lead efforts to reach timely resolutions to all issues or questions pertaining to customer requests for product information
- Operational support for all data publishing/syndication activities with customers/channel partners
- Prioritize syndication requests according to business and customer needs, building strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Work to evolve sustainable and compliant processes for extracting and syndicating data to customers
Basic Qualifications:
- A university degree
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills; knowledge of advanced formulas and macros is an asset
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems of record (SAP, Hybris, Celum, Salsify, etc.); previous experience with these systems is a strong asset
- Proficient in data extraction, analysis and reporting

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Independent and self-motivated
- Flexible attitude and ability to work within a rapidly growing and changing e-commerce organization
- Self-motivated with excellent time management ability
- Understand high level and detailed business operations processes across the organization
- Effectively lead projects with agreed upon targets without direct reports
- Well organized and able to juggle and prioritize multiple requests
