Job Description
As the Medical Device Services (MDS) Kit Coordinator, you will work in a team to provide kits of medical equipment to sales representatives and hospital customers across Canada. This is a very hands on position which requires attention to detail, physical ability, computer skills and excellent customer service skills. This role is integral to help the Tribe sales team achieve their sales and profitability objectives.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive medical kits physically and electronically into the inventory management system.
- Ensure that all kit parts are in place and in working condition. Clean when necessary.
- Take inventory of all missing parts, communicate and replace parts as required.
- Coordinate and support medical trials across Canada alongside sales representatives and customers.
- Prepare kits to be shipped as required. Work with courier companies to schedule pick up and deliveries, ensuring accurate and on time delivery of all kits.
- Work with other MDS staff to double check all loaner kits.
- Promote and maintain a healthy and safe workplace.
- Assist with tracking customer orders as required.
- Post secondary diploma or equivalent years of experience.
- Demonstrated advanced computer skills with the ability to use email, word processing and electronic spreadsheets. Previous experience with an inventory management system an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, with an eye for small details and the ability to work efficiently and effectively with few errors.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and at times with little notice, while maintaining high quality standards of work.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with external and internal customers.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
