McCALL DAWSON OSTERBERG HANDLER^LLP, a law firm specializing in the area of Insurance Defence litigation, is growing and has a position available for a full-time Senior Law Clerk. Qualified candidates must have experience in insurance defence or plaintiff personal injury in order to hit the ground running. Our law clerks must have the ability to pro-actively manage a tort file from inception to trial including drafting litigation related documents such as affidavits of documents and motions as well as reviewing and summarizing productions. Successful candidates will demonstrate initiative, work independently in a team oriented environment, have the ability to prioritize, multitask and show strong organizational skills.
