As an Easyline specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our incoming call centre clients. In addition, you will contribute to our team by identify all sales opportunities to retain and grow our business through your ability to advise and offer our clients a full range of products and services to meet their needs via the telephone. (Products and services include investments, new accounts, visa products, overdraft, telephone/web banking registrations and support, bill payment registrations, processing and general enquiries).Pay Rate: $17/hour Location: London, ON Start Date: December 8th, 2014Contract length: 12 monthsShifts: 6am-12am Monday-Sunday including Stat holidaysTraining: 8am-4pm and 4pm-12am (midnight) Monday to Friday (37.5 hours weekly) for first 10 weeks- Long term contract- Gain experience working for one of Canada's top 5 banks - Professional atmosphere and environment - Competitive pay rate of $17/hour- Recieve valuable training - 1 year of sales experience- 2 years of customer service experience- Possess excellent listening and verbal communication skills- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for sales - Ability to multitask and problem solve- Comfortable working independently and within a team environment * CLEAR Criminal and Credit Check required *Interested in this position?
