Enterprise Master Data Analyst
 
StarTech.com is currently looking for an Enterprise Master Data Analyst to join our Data Governance team at our Corporate Office in London, Ontario.
 
Reporting to the Manager, Data Governance, the Enterprise Master Data Analyst makes an impact by expanding the company’s use of data as a strategic enabler of corporate goals and objectives. The Enterprise Master Data Analyst will initiate and lead the company’s effort in dealing with data management issues in enterprise applications both On-Premise and in the Cloud. Additional responsibilities include capturing and modeling data requirements, data definitions, business rules, and logical and physical data models. This role covers analytics, business intelligence, modelling, profiling and governance all from an integrative perspective.

What You Can Show Us
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (Computer Science, Information Systems or Computer/Software Engineering)
  • Direct experience in implementing enterprise data management processes, procedures, and decision support (for On-Premise and Cloud)
  • Demonstrated expertise with repository creation, and data and information system life cycle methodologies.
  • Experience with business requirements analysis, entity relationship planning, database design, reporting structures, etc.
  • Ability to manage data and metadata migration.
  • Experience with data processing flowcharting techniques.
  • Blend of skills in Big Data technologies, database management, data integration tools, system administration, and business acumen.
