Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and clients at the front desk
- Answer a multi-line phone and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Assist with accounting; accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing
- Provide excellent customer service dealing with customers and in person and over the phone
- Able to use fractions and basic math for quoting estimates for customers
- Data entry in computer database and manipulate data in Excel
- Light housekeeping duties around the office
- Other customer service/clerical duties as required
Job Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of office experience
- Must have Accounting experience
- Simply Accounting experience is an asset
- Good math skills, regular use of adding fractions for quoting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
- Self starter who is willing to learn and ask for additional work when tasks are completed
