Location: London
Employment Group: Support
Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday with 2 weeks of afternoon shift to be completed once every 8 weeks during peak time.
Pay Details: $38.01 per hour

Duties: Under the general direction of the Manager, Maintenance Services and Utilities, the incumbent installs and maintains plumbing systems, heating and cooling system piping, Natural Gas appliances and piping, and compressed air systems.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Certificate of Qualification – Plumber (5-year) apprenticeship
- Minimum 5 years’ industrial/commercial experience in plumbing, HVAC piping and gas fitting to enable independent exercise of technical skills
- AWWA backflow certification
- Gas technician 2 certification. 600 hours of classroom training plus work experience
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
