Kirwin Fryday Medcalf Lawyers LLP is looking for a Real Estate Clerk . Only those applicants with a minimum of two years’ experience will be considered. The Law Clerk will need the experience and ability to manage all types of real estate files from open to close including preparing files for purchase, sale, mortgage closings and reporting to clients and mortgagees.
The successful candidate must be proficient in Word, PC Law, Conveyancer and Teraview and must:

• Have Post-Secondary diploma/degree in Law related field;
• Have a Professional approach with strong communication and written skills;
• Be Self-motivated and a strong team player; and,
• Have Attention to detail.

This is a part time position available immediately; rate negotiable based on knowledge, skills and experience. Please include your salary expectations with your application.
