Job Description
Bilingual Customer Service Representative – French and English
We are currently recruiting a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, onboarding support, as well as assisting with software usage. This role is entry level, but has opportunity for growth into a management position.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Train new and existing customers and staff
- Be a source of support for customers for multiple products/services
- Onboarding new customers and keeping the CRM up to date
- Provide account support to customers including technical support, updates, and adding users
- Continue to build and maintain customer relationship post sale
- Communication with web providers
- Being proactive in determining high risk customers to avoid customer turnover
- Execute mock ups of widget placement
- Review CSV uploads in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the sales team, update team on onboarding process
- Keep customers updated and informed on new products and features
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills in both phone and email
- Fluent in French
- Exquisite customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
