agilus, has an opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator for our client, a leading multinational corporation operating in the fields of industrial, worker safety, health care, transportation and consumer goods.

Role Overview: The successful candidate will provide support to payroll, benefits and claims management representatives. Additionally, you will:
- Assist talent development manager to schedule employee training sessions
- Support talent acquisition on-boarding requirements
- Process submission of vendor payments in SAP
- Participate actively on projects and overall efforts within the HR department
- Contribute on global diversity activities/events as well as career fairs
- Ad Hoc projects as needed
Basic Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary education
- 1-2 years of Human Resources experience
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with internal stakeholders including Supply Chain, Business Services and Facilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
