Art Director, Marketing Agency
 
Lashbrook Marketing & PR, an award-winning integrated agency is looking for a creative thinker with extraordinary design skills to join our team. You will be responsible for developing insightful and compelling concepts and designs across multiple media platforms.

What you’ll do:

• Work with a talented team of designers to lead design from concept to execution across diverse platforms including web, mobile, print, video etc.
• Collaborate with strategists and content generators to develop innovative ideas and creative solutions
• Work with a diverse range of clients, agency partners and vendors
• Contribute to and nurture our agency’s creative culture and talent
• Continuously explore and implement new and innovative design solutions

 
Required skills and experience

• 7+ years of senior design and art direction experience across print and digital platforms within an agency setting
• Proven ability to lead, coach and mentor a team of inspired creatives
• Direct client interaction experience including presentation of designs and concepts
• Exceptional communications, time management and resource allocation skills
• Strong ability to provide clear creative direction and provide timely feedback to keep work on budget and on schedule
• Detail oriented, with an eye for thoroughness and accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to direct and multi-task effectively within a deadline driven environment
• Experience in front-end web development (CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript)
• Degree/diploma in Graphic Design; RGD designation an asset
