Responsible for the maintenance and on-going development of the Health Law Group (HLG) database known as Health Law Partner (HLP).
Job Duties
 
  • Coordinate with Administrator and team members to perform database programming based on project requirements
  • Conversion of current classic ASP and VBScript interfaces to .NET
  • Responsible for the design, creation, testing and implementation of user friendly web interfaces
  • Runs web based reports which support Administrative tasks and functions as identified
  • Ongoing monitoring of user needs vis-a-vis potential database improvements
  • Providing users with technical support
Qualifications
 
  • Post-Secondary education in a related field, programming web and client based applications
  • 2 + years of work experience providing customer service in a business setting, developing applications based on user needs and market analysis
  • A solid understanding of web application development processes, from the layout/user interface to relational database structures
  • Candidates should have proven .NET experience with a solid understanding of Object Oriented Design and Programming
  • Knowledge of client and server side scripting including complex MS SQL, classic ASP and VBScript
  • Extensive experience and an above-average facility in software applications including proficiency in MS Access, Outlook, WORD, Excel, and Adobe
  • Experience in providing web support to users
