Office Support Specialist

Sheffar Potter Muchan Inc. – London, ON

We are currently seeking an office support specialist for a temporary period of one year to cover an upcoming maternity leave.

The successful candidate must have excellent telephone skills, attend to visitors, receive and sort mail, prepare couriers and provided administrative and clerical support to various team members. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel are a must.

This position will start on December 15, 2014 and end on December 31, 2015.

Responsibilities

- reception duties including answering and directing incoming inquiries
- greeting clients
- boardroom bookings
- office support including sorting mail; ordering office supplies, coordinating outgoing courier activities
- assisting admin team with various tasks as required from time to time

Requirements

- office administration diploma an asset
- 2 to 5 years experience in a front desk/support position
- excellent communication and time management skills
- ability to work with diverse personalities
- strong work ethic; pays close attention to detail
