Vacation Coordinator
Hours: Full time (40 Hours Per Week)
We are open 7 days a week and are hiring for a rotating shift:
Monday-Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm and 11:30am- 8:00pm
Saturday-Sunday: 9:00am- 5:30pm
The 5-week training period will be Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
Starting Wage: $18.00 hourly
Start Date: October 4, 2021

What is David’s Vacation Club Rentals?
We are a family-owned and operated business. David, the company's founder, started this venture 16 years ago. We have grown from a 'One Man Show' to 50 employees. All our employees begin as Vacation Coordinators and develop into more extensive responsibilities such as Senior Vacation Coordinators, Lead Vacation Coordinators, Social Media, Cruise Specialists, Team Leaders, Recruitment, Facilitators, and more.
What Do We Do?
Our business' service is to work as a liaison between guests looking to stay in a Deluxe Disney resort and Disney timeshare Owners who have unused points that will expire if they don't use them. We help the guest save money on their Deluxe accommodations while assisting the Disney Vacation Club Owners to make money back on unused points.

What Will an Ordinary Day Look Like?
- You will be the first point of contact for our guests and DVC Owners. You will be answering inbound telephone calls and responding to emails or chats daily.
- You will take the time needed with each customer to explain our processes and policies while also using your resourcefulness to gather and deliver accurate information in a cheerful manner.
- You will be performing data entry and making detailed notes within our internal administrative program.
- You will use lines of communication and other internal support systems to work closely within a team setting to collaboratively complete the customer interaction, whether renting out points or booking accommodations.
