Pathways Employment Help Centre exists to Unleash People's Potential through Employment, Skills Training and Advocacy.

Pathways Employment Help Centre is seeking a leader for a 6-month position as a Senior Bookkeeper.

Your experience working with QuickBooks, maintaining accounts and ledgers, reconciling entries and statements, and filing compliance reports with all levels of government are essential. You will be responsible for AR/AP and billings in a dynamic social enterprise. Your attention to organization and detail in preparing for yearly audits will all come into play in this role.

You have 3+ years of bookkeeping experience and familiarity with reporting requirements, particularly with charitable organizations.  You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel.  You have experience allocating costs to various projects and pulling and preparing reports from QuickBooks.

You have strong computer skills, the ability to meet deadlines under pressure, and experience with filing HST, WSIB and EHT.  You have post-secondary education in accounting or finance.
