Business Analyst

MCCG (Mutual Concept Computer Group Inc.), recognized as a leading provider of back-office solutions for Farm Mutual Insurance companies, seeks a Business Analyst to join our Client Relations team and support MCCG’s growing client base.

MCCG, a mutually-owned software development & services company located in London Ontario, is a leading provider of The Insurance Business Solution Platform (IBSTM) suite of products, developed by the company to deliver functionality that dramatically enhances the way their Farm Mutual clients do business.

As a member of the Client Relations team, the Business Analyst is responsible for delivering business solutions to the client, related to the use of the MCCG’s IBS system, which may include any one or all of the following – Implementation, Business Analysis including elicitation, requirements development and documentation, as well as Account Management. This role is based out of the London area with travel to customer sites expected.

We are looking for an individual who has solid business experience in the P & C insurance industry, positive customer service skills including sales and marketing, as well as a strong team orientation, both internally and externally. Preferred capabilities will also include knowledge of accounting, underwriting and claims within the insurance field generally and the Farm Mutual industry specifically. The ideal candidate will have a strong conceptual understanding of computer technology as it relates to business applications and to the insurance industry. Preference will be given to individuals possessing the F/CIP designation and a University Degree or College Diploma in a related discipline.
