Administrative Assistant 

We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for our client in South London. Looking for candidates who have experience in an administrative role.

Responsibilties will include:
Preparation various documents and reports, typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, payment of invoices, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail.

Advantages
2 month contract to start
Pay: $16/hr
Hours: 8:00 - 4:30

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
Able to communicate professionally with internal partners, corporate clients, advisors and members
Strong time management and organizational skills
Able to work independently and in a small team
Proficient with MS Office
