Job Description
Our client in St. Thomas, Ontario is currently seeking a full-time
CSR / Service Writer on an evaluation hire basis. The ideal candidate would be open-minded,
self-motivated and have superior people skills.

Duties (may include and not limited too)
- Answering a multi-line phone system and direct calls as needed
- Provide a high level of customer service to the public and problem solve
- Set and confirm customer appointments
- Intake and process orders as needed
- Improve and maintain all existing social media accounts
- Update spreadsheets and various data entry projects
- Assist in the undertaking of specific projects as required
- General administrative duties (filing, data entry, etc.)
- Minimum 2 year college diploma
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a previous administrative capacity
- Automotive knowledge considered a strong asset
- Previous experience or education with social media considered a strong asset
- Advanced computer skills required in a variety of programs including Excel and Outlook
- Ability to handle multiple tasks within a fast paced environment
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with strong proofreading skills
- A commitment to excellence in all tasks, and a professional presence
- Excellent communication skills with polite telephone manner
- Must have a valid Class G driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Compensation $15.00-19.00 per hour, depending on candidate experience
