Job posting:
Health Systems Group www.healthsystemsgroup.com, a national provider of professional consulting and management services in fitness and wellness, has a part-time position opening for Fitness Consultant & Customer Service Representative.
The Part Time Fitness Consultant/Customer Service Representative is responsible for ongoing effective supervision and customer service in the Fanshawe College Community Fitness Centre. This includes implementing member fitness appraisals, conducting the program consultations, and advising members about the Centre's program offerings including personal training. The Consultant also maintains the Exercise Areas and equipment as directed; performs quality assurance checks and weekly inventory counts. They will also perform all reception duties in a manner which portrays a superior service attitude.

- A proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills, creative, enthusiastic, team player, and a strong desire to learn
- Diploma/Degree in Fitness or related field
- Current CSEP/CPT certification
- Group Exercise certification an asset
- Displays a passion for fitness/wellness
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Experience in the fitness/wellness industry
