Talentcor Tillsonburg is currently recruiting for Production Associates for a local client. These are positions are Permanent.
Wage: $16.87/ hr.
Competitive Benefits after 3 Months.
Hours: Straight afternoon shift 3pm – 11pm & Straight midnight shift 11pm – 7am
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform production tasks according to standard operating procedures and manufacturing guidelines
• Complete quality records for manufactured products
• Coordinate with Production Manager to prioritize and schedule work orders to meet deadlines
• Identify and report unsafe practices to Manager immediately
• Attend job trainings related to production and machinery for professional growth
• Complete daily assigned tasks to meet production volume and schedule
• Ensure that work environment is maintained clean, safe and organized
• Identify and resolve problems concerning equipment and materials
• Maintain documentations for production related activities for reference purposes
• Position requires employee to place and remove light weight product to mould machines, stack on a pallet while checking quality of product

Skills and Requirements:

• The successful candidate must be reliable and dependable
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work overtime as needed
