Agilus is looking for a Client Services Representative to join one of our client's clinics in downtown London, Ontario!

This is a temporary contract role, with the opportunity to be hired permanently after 3-6 months. In this role, you will interact with several people looking to reach or maintain their body's physical health. Our client has a busy, dynamic, and active office.

Job Objectives:

• Maintaining a positive environment for patient's experiences in the clinic
• Coordinating weekly tasks necessary for quality patient care and education
• Ensuring quality service to new and long-term patients
• 35-40 hours per week
• Fixed hours from Monday-Friday, with some alternating evenings and early mornings

Experience in the following areas will benefit your application:

• Human relations / Customer service

• Accounting / POS software
• File and/or database management
• Experience with chiropractic care (as a patient, or as an employee in a chiropractic facility) is recommended but not required. 
• A proven interest in holistic health care and/or personal well-being will benefit your application.
