We are currently recruiting to fill several Bilingual Outbound Customer Service Representative jobs in London, ON.  Our client, one of Canada’s largest and most respected financial institutions, is looking for a number of customer-focused Outbound Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team in London, ON.  The successful candidates will be tasked with one of the most important jobs this client has to offer; providing outstanding support to current customers.  The rate of pay for this role is $18.72/hr.

The responsibilities for these Bilingual Outbound Customer Service Representative jobs include:

- Deliver superior service to our client’s customers
- Identify opportunities to educate and sell customers on products and services offered by our client
- Meet monthly sales, customer service, and productivity targets

Qualifications:
- Must be fully bilingual in English and French
- Minimum one year of customer service/sales experience
- Comfortable in a target driven environment
- Have superior communication skills
- Flexibility with shifts, 1pm - 11pm, Monday - Saturday
- Minimum High School Diploma completed
- Clean Criminal and Credit Check (we complete)
