Agilus is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the Construction and Building Services field in London, Ontario.
This is a 12-18 month contract, with the potential for a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
This role will be onsite, full-time Monday-Friday (8:30AM-5:00PM).

This role will be onsite, full-time Monday-Friday (8:30AM-5:00PM).
Accountabilities:
- Enter Accounts Payable Invoices with & without inventory: will need to understand & check taxes for BC, AB & ON
- Distributing AP Invoices to fellow co-workers
- Researching and resolving accounts payable with vendors
- Go through Account Statements, enter expense reports, and ensure all payables have double approval
- Match up cheque copies with the appropriate backup & prepare for papervision
- Check all vendor addresses to the blips to ensure accurate mailing addresses
- Collect over $5000 payables for senior approval
- Filing payables and other paperwork
Requirements:
- Completion of a business/accounting degree, diploma, or equivalent education
- Ability/experience in checking and understanding taxes for British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario
- Must be extremely detail-oriented
- Knowledge or experience with Texada software would be a definite asset
