Job Description
Our client in London, Ontario is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative on a full time basis. The ideal candidate would have strong relationship building skills and have experience working in signage or graphic design.
Duties (may include and not limited to):
Compensation: $15-$17/hour; depending upon experience

Duties (may include and not limited to):
- Provide top customer service to patrons over the phone and in person
- Provide general information to customers regarding products and services
- Receive and process orders over the phone and in person
- Offer expertise and recommend products/services to customers based on individual needs
- Draft quotes at customer’s request
- Problem solve and follow up with customers regarding order status
- Build strong relationships with existing customer base
- General office duties as required
- Minimum of a 2 year College Diploma; concentration in Business, Administration or Graphic Design would be considered an asset
- 2-3 years of experience within a similar role required
- Experience working within the signage, graphic design or printing industry considered a strong asset
- Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Must have the ability to problem solve and offer potential solutions to customers
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
