Job Description

Talentcor London Office is currently recruiting for a Receptionist with excellent customer service and administrative skills. This is a contract position with full time hours.  Pay rate is $13.00 per hour.

Key Job Responsibilities Include:
·       Answer incoming calls and redirect
·       Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail and courier packages
·       Provide administrative support as required
·       Manage reports in a timely manner and input data into systems
·       Other duties  as required, including special projects as they arise

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
·       Positive and professional attitude
·       Previous experience an asset
·       Excellent customer service skills
·       Must have excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office
·       Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
·       Able to work independently and in a team atmosphere
·       College or University Degree

Salary:
$13.00 per hour plus 4% vacation pay
