Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for a qualified service professional to provide effective leadership for our growing service team. Candidates must have a proven automotive management track record in a franchise dealership. The ability to share in the dealership’s vision of achieving the ultimate service experience is critical to success in this position.

Requirements include a demonstrated ability to deal effectively on issues with customers, staff and colleagues. Monitoring and implementing processes, policies and procedures and the ability to motivate staff to create a fun team spirited work environment are important.  In addition to, hands-on daily management of service department activities, including working with the shop foreman and service advisors, overseeing the work flow, service financial management, CRM and related service marketing. Coaching and mentoring employees to develop staff to their full potential are further needs along with a business plan to maintain and effectively grow customer labour and parts sales.
