We are currently seeking applicants for the position of:  Project Manager.
 
Reporting directly to the VP, Operations, the Project Manager will:

• Oversee all aspects of project management.
• Supervise junior project management staff as applicable.
• Ensure implementation projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and to business requirements and specifications.
• Work with the Technology and Professional Services departments to coordinate development and delivery of services.
• Produce all required project management documentation such as - detailed project plans, work plans, product delivery schedules, project estimates, conversion schedules, resource plans, project change records, status reports and financials.
• Monitor project performance and interact regularly with project sponsor, as well as internal and external customers and other stakeholders, to ensure effective visibility and communication of project details.
• Ensure all parties (internal and external) are aware of project scope and milestones, highlight divergence from scope, and adjust it where necessary to reflect changing circumstances.
• Oversee development and management of standard operating procedures within industry best practices and PCI-DSC guidelines and standards.
• Influence and contribute to successful change including new ways of doing business.
• Adhere to Global and Divisional PMO standards.
• Facilitate the identification and resolution of project issues.
• Manage project related risks.
• Manage and resolve service issues that arise. 

 
Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience managing IT projects.
• Demonstrated experience delivering PM discipline, structure and order, to an evolving PM environment.
• Exposure to diverse technical configurations, technologies and processing environments is highly desired. Experience in a large enterprise with SAP is ideal.
• PMP Certification.
• Sound knowledge of project management tools, techniques, and methodologies.
• Strong organization, communication and problem solving skills.
• Highly effective customer service skills and approach.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Proven coaching, motivation and staff development skills.
• Demonstrated success in effective delivery.
• An understanding of PCI-DSS and PA-DSS requirements is a definite asset.
• Willingness to put in extra time and effort, when necessary, sometimes without warning.
