We have an opening in our Real Estate Department in which the successful candidate will possesses an excellent level of service to clients and comfortable working independently.

We have an opening in our Real Estate Department in which the successful candidate will possesses an excellent level of service to clients and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Review agreements, conduct off-title enquiries and title searches, draft closing documents, and prepare and register electronic documents etc.;
- Experience with acquisitions and sales of various types of commercial properties, financing and re-financing transactions;
- Communicate effectively with clients, financial institutions, title insurance companies, land registry offices, municipalities and third parties;
- Prepare and assemble closing reports.
- Law Clerk diploma from an accredited college program or equivalent;
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a residential real estate clerk;
- Experience with builder and development work an asset;
- Ability to deal with clients directly on sophisticated matters in a professional manner;
- Proficiency with various software programs to handle a high volume of clients and files;
- Ability to ensure accuracy with a strong attention to detail and meet deadlines.
