MCFBedard Group Inc. is currently looking for a Summer Student to join our Administrative Team, at our office in London, Ontario.
 
Job Description
Part Time Summer Student Position in an insurance and consulting brokerage firm.  The position will appeal to an individual who enjoys variety in daily activities and who can produce accurate work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.
 
Responsibilities

• General office administration – answering incoming calls, professionally redirecting as required, ordering and maintaining supplies, filing, and mailroom functions;
• Will be providing administrative support to other staff members;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications along with the ability to learn new computer programs;
• Preparing illustrations and spreadsheets;
• Must like and have strong aptitude in math;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Professional and diplomatic manner;
• Ability to remain focused on set long term projects using analytical, research analysis and creativity as required;
• Adaptable to various work roles and schedules ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner;
• Other general administrative responsibilities as required.
