Job Description
Inside Account Executive - Advertising Sales
Are you frustrated by not earning what you know you are truly worth?

The Elite Advisor™ was founded in 2006. We are a very small company but have steadily grown to 20,000 members and subscribers across Canada and the US (and a few hundred from Australia, England, India, Singapore, Hong Kong and South Africa).
Our B2B target market is the financial services industry. With your help, we are ready to take our business to the next level … 50,000 members and subscribers by 2015.
Your primary responsibilities include:
• Outbound sales calls to target financial companies to generate advertising revenue for our website,
newsletter, eBlasts, sponsored webinars, and sponsored Memberships
• Establish a consistent sales pipeline
• Generate, develop and convert prospects into clients (hundreds of warm leads will be provided)
• Develop new business opportunities and negotiating contracts
• Be able to up-sell, cross-sell, and re-sell customers
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Experience dealing with advertising agencies is a huge asset
• Post-secondary education with minimum 3 years of inside sales
• Must be diligent, disciplined, have unwavering good morals, honesty and integrity
• Able to sell consultatively, handle objections and close the sale
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Excel at customer service with attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Dynamic individual, able to work autonomously and not be reluctant to make the calls
• Professional and courteous telephone etiquette
We offer you:
• A very lucrative performance-based compensation with ucapped earnings potential
• Work from your home / 8:30 to 4:30 - weekdays only / no driving or travel required

• The ability to earn in the high 5 / low 6 figure income range
