Job Description

Partnar Animal Health is a Health Canada approved manufacture of veterinary pharmaceuticals, based in Ilderton.

We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to work in our small, sales and marketing team. 

In this role, amoung your primary responsibilities, will be to take orders from our veterinary customers and accurately enter them into the sales module of our accounting package. You will also be working with our Operations Manager to assist with product builds and entry into our inventory management module.

You will be a detail oriented individual, with an awesome telephone presence and a passion to ensure expectation exceeding customer experiences.

A college diploma in health sciences, veterinary technology (RVT) or a degree in life sciences is required along with 2-5 years of experience preferably in a customer service or sales role. Candidates that are English-French or English-Spanish bilingual, verbal and written would be given preference.

This is a full-time, salaried position, with medical benefits and company contributed RSP program following completion of a probationary period.
