Job Description

A busy team of Realtors is looking for the right candidate to help with behind the scene organizational/clerical work.
Items include:
  • Making feature sheets
  • Up loading MLS listings.
  • Booking showing times.
  • Creating showing tour maps.
  • Maintaining contact management software.
  • Creating mail outs.
  • Spell and grammar checking of all outgoing information.
This is a part time position and flexible hours can be arranged. 

Our office is at 99 Horton Street West. A short commute time for employee would be preferred. 

Pay is $14/hour. 

Must have excellent spelling and grammar skills. 
Must have basic typing/word processor/ publisher/excel skills. 

This is a fun environment. We have beautiful newly renovated offices. Candidate must have some self motivation and the ability to intuitively understand what needs to be done. Current person holding this position will train new person for one month.
