Job Description
On behalf of our client in London, Ontario, we are currently recruiting for a part-time
Design & Marketing Assistant on a contract basis.
Design & Marketing Assistant on a contract basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop flyers, brochures & catalogues using InDesign
- Update new product information as needed on company website
- Take photographs of new product and edit images using Adobe Photo Shop
- Process all internet sales and one time customer orders
- Assist with customer service inquiries
- Develop Monthly Specials using Adobe software
- Send out new product notifications and specials using MailChimp
- Handle all incoming calls by either directing to respective employee or taking and delivering messages
- Other administration duties as needed such as reception and filing
- Minimum of 2 year College diploma, Business Administration or Marketing preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Must be well-versed working with InDesign and Photoshop
- Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office
- Excellent oral, written, facilitation, mediation and interpersonal skills
Compensation: $14-15/hour depending upon experience
