Job Description

On behalf of our client in London, Ontario, we are currently recruiting for a part-time
Design & Marketing Assistant on a contract basis.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop flyers, brochures & catalogues using InDesign
  • Update new product information as needed on company website
  • Take photographs of new product and edit images using Adobe Photo Shop
  • Process all internet sales and one time customer orders
  • Assist with customer service inquiries
  • Develop Monthly Specials using Adobe software
  • Send out new product notifications and specials using MailChimp
  • Handle all incoming calls by either directing to respective employee or taking and delivering messages
  • Other administration duties as needed such as reception and filing
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 year College diploma, Business Administration or Marketing preferred
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Must be well-versed working with InDesign and Photoshop
  • Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent oral, written, facilitation, mediation and interpersonal skills
Hours:  Part Time; 2-3 days per week 8:30am-5:00pm

Compensation: $14-15/hour depending upon experience
