JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Perform preventative maintenance on transfer tooling
- Perform die troubleshooting in transfer presses
- Provides technical tooling support
- Machining components for automation and stamping
- Provides changeover and first off support
- Provides production support
- Initiates continuous improvement suggestions
- Conducts problem solving using a 5 why process
- Involved in 5S practices in accordance to Brose policy
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Min. of 5 years of Tool and Die experience within a production environment
- Tool and Die Certification/License
- Must be available for shift work, overtime, weekend work or emergency calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Currently possess or eligible to obtain and successfully hold a forklift and crane license/certification
- SAP experience preferred
