We help over 100 private sector, public sector and Fortune 500 companies deliver the programs their clients trust.

We’re looking for good people to join our team. Keep reading if ‘people helping people’ sounds like the team you want to be on.

About you

You’re a problem solver with great written and verbal communication skills. You’re calm and patient and you’re committed to building relationships during even the most challenging conversations.

That’s important for this role because you’ll be helping clients who have questions or concerns about their vehicles. You’re an unflappable professional who treats everyone with dignity and you’ve got an eye for detail.

You believe that delivering the correct information in a caring way makes a difference to your client – so that’s what you do.

Here’s what you need to be successful as a Bilingual Customer Assistance Representative:

  • Problem-solving skills you seek the right information to identify problems and their likely causes.
  • Good judgment – you make decisions based on relevant facts, guidelines and experience.
  • An empathetic demeanor – you try to understand your clients and they can tell.
  • Communication skills – you’re a good listener and you know to build relationships, one conversation at a time.
  • By the books approach – you work within the guidelines to provide the right solution to your client.
  • Training mindset – you explain things clearly so they are easily understood.
  • Calm under pressure – you’re comfortable working with clients who are upset.
  • Diplomacy – you’re courteous and caring when explaining the parameters and limitations of your client’s vehicle coverage.
  • Respectful – you give respect and you earn it – with your clients and your team.
  • Bilingualism – you’re fluent in English and French.

You’re good with computers and are available to work a variety of 8 or 10-hour shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

So, what’s it like being a Bilingual Customer Assistance Representative?

About you in this role

You answer the phone and on the other end is a client with a vehicle problem. You’re ready for anything because you’ve handled it all, from warranties and recalls to breakdowns and maintenance. You talk to your client to understand the situation and you educate your client about how you can help.

You work within clearly-defined policies and procedures and are skilled at communicating these to your client. You are kind, direct and helpful with all clients and they appreciate this, no matter the outcome of their inquiry.

You make sure your calls are documented well, you take care of your administrative tasks and you’re proud to meet our quality standards – because that’s how we best serve our clients.
