Bilingual (English / French) Phone Representative
We provide credit card and term loan products to customers across Canada – and we’re growing quickly. Because we help people who may have difficulty getting credit from traditional financial institutions, there is a huge demand for our services. We have ambitious plans, and we’re looking for highly skilled, highly motivated people who want a dynamic environment in which they can make a real difference.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Taking daily inbound customer service calls
- Placing daily outbound collection calls to delinquent account holders
- Providing customers with information and counsel regarding their current credit status and helping them resolve any problems
- Maintaining the appropriate records and documentation through our database management systems
- Helping us maintain the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency and outstanding customer service
- Minimum 2 years of credit card, collection and/or telephone customer service experience
- Strong telephone skills
- Ability to understand customer needs, and offer appropriate options and solutions
- Comfortable in fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Flexibility with shifts, 8 am to 10 pm, Monday – Saturday (no Sundays required)
- Ability to pass police background check and credit check
