Talentcor Woodstock office is currently recruiting for a Dispatcher for a client in Ingersoll.
This position is has opportunity for Permanent hire!!!
 
$16.00/hr + 4% Vacation Pay Weekly.
This is a straight afternoon shift.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain driver relations
• Dispatch pick-ups and deliveries to the drivers
• Manage outside carriers assigned for client routes
• Assist with the development of the required driver skills
• Notify suppliers of known delays
• Issue client reports as required
• Perform audits required by the customer
• Take messages and calls for drivers
• Other duties as assigned by your direct supervisor

 
Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of transportation laws and regulations
• Good communications skills
• Intermediate level computer skills and proficient keyboarding
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
• 2-3 years previous Dispatch experience within the transportation industry
